They are furnished with:

BIG Wireless Display Screens, Free WIFI, and Concession Stand Package Options

You can request use of these Community rooms for rent simply by filling out the Community Room For Rent Online Application. 

 

Otherwise, you can choose to Download the form. Decide whether to E-mail the completed form, or to print it out. Next, mail the completed copy or bring it in personally to Southwest Escrow for Charles Gavin or Lyn Kerby.

$50 per hour – Community Room 1

$100 per hour – Community Room 2

​

• Minimum 2 hour reservation

• $100 deposit required upon approval community Room 1

• $200 deposit required upon approval community Room 2

 

Both rooms have 50 inch wireless display screens with HDMI inputs.
